I have the same TV. The picture is just fine, but the built-in speakers are shit. Hook it up to a sound system ASAP.

You got a defective TV. Vizio built-in speakers are always very good, and this one is no exception.

I have the 2014 version of that tv. Great picture for the price but the wifi on it is garbage. Can’t hold onto a signal for shit even though every other device in the same room does just fine. Netflix is constantly buffering or kicking down to a pixelated, non-HD stream. Luckily I use a PS3 for my smart tv type apps anyway.

I have the tv in my living room and my router is in the office/guest room upstairs.

But the PS3, which does just fine with wifi, means it’s not an issue for me.
